 What is Covered?  

The warranty covers the fabric becoming non-functional because of loss of dimensional stability from exposure conditions including sunlight, mildew, rot and normal atmospheric conditions. Abnormal or excessive discoloration and fading is covered. It does not cover discoloration from atmospheric pollution or other debris. 

 The warranty coverage runs for three (3) years from the date of purchase. 

 These fabrics are warranted against defects of workmanship and materials, and/or excessive loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, rot, mildew, or atmospheric chemicals that might render it unserviceable.
