Refunds and returns

 Thank you for shopping with Nulook Revinyling!  We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We offer refunds on items returned within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@nlrpatio.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
