Status Checker

Each order that Nu Look recieves goes through an administrative process that consist of :

• Fabric validation / availability.
• Vinyl validation / availability.
• Validation of notes and other project details.
• Creation of the appropriate production paperwork.
• Validation of measurements and other project related information.

The powder coating process requires that all plastic components be removed prior to coating. This process includes:

• Removal of feet and end caps 
• Conversion of spacers to aluminum, if required 
• Feathering edges of any chipped or damaged finishes 
• Removal of bolts and full frame inspection 

Once all materials for a cushion order have been received, the project is staged for production, basically, it’s in the queue and ready to be worked on.
